In Poland, international education is strictly regulated by Article 21 of the Education Law Act . This allows schools to operate international branches using foreign curricula under the authority of the Minister of Education.

The Rule: Students learn entirely in a foreign language following a global curriculum.
The Exception: Polish citizens also complete the core curriculum for Polish language, history, and geography in Polish.

The Definition Gap

While "International Departments" are legally recognized, Polish law currently lacks a formal definition for an "International School" or "International Preschool."
